Ok, here is the scoop on what has happened since I last wrote. The Marching Bobcats had a GREAT year! At the Marion competition, we won Best Drum Majors, Best Hornline, and 1st place in class 3A! At Five Seasons, we won 10th place out of 15. At State, we got a Division 1 rating with a score of 79.4! And at Ankeny, we won 10th place out of 14. We had our ups and downs, but I had a great time. I did not mke All-State, but I promise that next year I will BLOW THE JUDGES AWAY!!! Concert band, show choir band, and jazz band all start this week, and I am super excited! I am also switching to alto saxophone for concert band. My section was driving me nuts.
